the only things Im told to be doing in response to the Penguin update is to: check your link building campaign history and delete the "bad links"...also, minimize keyword stuffing

I just watched reviews of Dripable on YouTube and it seems like a decent useful tool, I like the fact that I can delete the links I dont want and edit when necessary.

Google is not case sensitive, but your keyword is a proper noun, San Angelo...so when you use the lower case, the search results would change but just a bit
