You wouldn't do the 301's until you move the site to the domain it will reside on ( make a list first obviously )

then 301 the old links to there new equivalent.

I agree you need a logo, id also ad fancybox or another overlay effect to the images in the front page gallery for they are not taken to a blank white page when they click to enlarge.

I agree that some keywords are just untapped as of now, and are long tail that just havn't been discovers...no comp means you can rank by just doing proper SEO for now until someone else competes.

give opencart a whirl, much easier to tamplate and making it look like wordpress is not all that hard if you know html/css

the reason for the 301 , is after you put the new site on the domain you will be using, replacing the old pages, chances are the url structure will be different, and you will lose any pr you have...

don't use any duplicator plugins or anything else that is overkill.

take all the old files in your site, and move them to a new folder named backup ( you can thank me for this later)

then ftp...

are they actually linking to all your sites? or linking to one, and the bots are following on page links to the others?...also it could be one of them stupid "scraper" sites grabbing...
