one way is you can contact google via webmaster tools after the exploit is removed from your pages and they will lift the warning within a few days

Looks like the first one just updates your robots.txt file to tell robots not to crawl that directory

The second one password protects a directory

use either one on your wp-content directory...

I really like it, I just upgraded to version 11 and its a lot better than 10. Like everyone says, you do have to go back and correct but its great for first drafts.
