Hey try Clove Network.
they having good rates. but the thing is rate depends on country from which you are getting traffic.
For me i am getting a $0.50 per CPM as my traffic is from US, UK, Canada...

I newly joined in clove network and earning some good CPM rates for pop's which are audio. so why don't you try out with these guys. These guys are also paying on weekly basis.
