After getting the royal runaround I finally got a refund by opening a Paypal dispute. I recommend it. Keep in mind that your time is limited - maybe 45 days? If you delay you may be stuck.

After numerous BS responses from their (cough) "support" desk I got a rapid refund AFTER opening a Paypal dispute. Shoddy, just like the software.

I already had an article writer software that has a much more intuitive interface.
