I have seen it take in the 3 to 5 day range normally. It is faster if it is a balance transfer. Credit card transactions and bank transfer transactions take longer.

Sounds like the best thing to do is either stay with Camtasia on the PC or switch to Screenflow if you have a Mac. No reason to try Camtasia on a Mac.
