You aren't going to find any. Sites cannot compete on social alone. Google says they use social signals, but there's also another 199~ signals that come into play. Some weighted alot more heavier...

Ahrefs (not free). The New/Lost tool goes back a few months and will show links as they are acquired or lost.

WebmasterTools (free). They now provide a CSV that sorts links by date...
