...also, what you're looking for is "lead distribution software". There are quite a few different companies that offer fully hosted or self-hosted lead management and lead distribution...

Freshbooks used with PayPal is great when you're starting out. You can sign up and use their invoicing system for up to 5 clients for free.

Tell your new clients that you'll email them an invoice...
