But .info is cheap. 99 cents a year?

Google might believe that spammers use them.

That's the reason why you may want to avoid using it.

As far as I know, Google only adds extra value to exact match domains that are .com, .org, .net

keyword.biz gets no bonus

The links you can place are nofollow but I find it still effective for ranking.
