You def. shouldn't worry if the content you thought was duplicated is disclaimer info. If you had the exact same content say, on your home page and about page, then you might be in trouble.

I learned a lot from Lynda.com. Not just Wordpress but also e-commerce topics as well. Great site. I'd agree with londonwarrior, not sure Wordpress is the best solution for e-commerce though.

Maybe i'm not using as much as i could be out of FF4, but i've enjoyed the new setup. I use Chrome as well, and i think they're both great browsers.

Absolutely. Backlinking from high-ranking relevant sites is huge for your site. Its this the most important factor? Not sure, but it's def. important.
