I have not used Amazon S3, but I have used CloudFlare on several sites and experienced problems. Many times their caching would not allow content to be properly shared on Facebook and I had issues...

I too have had no problems ranking .info sites, but like ichl13 mentions, I try to add some good content to them...not just 250 words of keyword vomit. I also keep my adsense blocks to a minimum.
