I usually sleep 4-5 hours and other time I just can't stop :) But of course there are other activities so it is about 17-18 hours daily.

My guess is that there are some problems with theme. Try installing another theme.

Also plugin that may help a bit: wordpress gzip compression.

Well, products are similar :) But the system is different. PayDotCom doesn't pay affiliates personally but by the vendors of the products. So you will have to build trust to affiliates that you won't...

In my opinion it is better to get redirected users than totally lose them. Also google won't like the deleted pages so for seo you should redirect too.
