Yes you can, the keywords in the URL play a role, but it's not as significant as keywords in the Title. As long as you don't have an URL that looks like domain.com/?php=298jd29s then you will be fine.

If it's 20-30 places drop then I think it's the dance. Recently I built too many links to one of my web sites, it dropped 600 places, now that's a penalty.

I wouldn't worry too much if I were you.

Majority of my web sites that are making good monies have 80-90% bounce rate, I don't think you should be worried. For me 55% if very good.

Nope, no warning in Webmaster Tools, I even did a reconsideration, but they said that they didn't find anything bad and it was not a manual penalty but an algorithm update.

So in June it was hit by the Panda update, then in July it popped right back on page 1 where it is supposed to be, but like for 5 days, then it disappeared, so I've continued building links...

Mine disappeared on June 7th, same symptoms as you, went to page 70+ for all of my keywords though. And it's dancing like crazy, sometimes page 75, 76, sometimes in the 50+, I really don't know...
