Perhaps they meant that all refunds must be Processed through the WarriorPayment System. Instead of directly.

Also, Yes, Paypal are now asking me a ton of questions due to a few disputes. . ....

Out of all the ones I've tested, for UiDs it's FB lead jacker. It's still too slow for my liking, but the rest are slower or scrape via page and group and not via specifics.
