lots of blogs have got disqus plugin installed for blog commenting..
if i comment on those blogs using my keyword and URL..will it help my seo?

keyword density confusion

lets say i have an article with 500 words exact
i have about 5 mentions of the keyword "coffee maker reviews" in the 500 word article

so the density is

1) 3 * 5 /500 = 3%

2) 5 / 500 = 1% ...

let some of the backlinks get indexed by google..and you can ping the rest over time..
don't ping as soon as you build them..google will smell an auto-bot links and may sandbox you site
