If a back link on a website is DOFOLLOW, but clicking the link pops up a disclaimer saying "you are now leaving this website, we are not responsible for content blah blah blah" and if you click OK...

Anchor Text and Back Links For SEO

If I have a site that I want to rank for "Raleigh NC Real Estate" AND "Raleigh NC Homes For Sale", with respect to back links would I get more "SEO Juice" from links if I created TWO separate links...

In regards to back links, if a site has a Google PR of 6 can only sites GREATER than 6 convey their "juice" to help a further increase in PR?
