Excellent, Mike! I have had a lot of fun attending Chamber meetings (usually just the first one for free to check them out) but I always end up meeting people and being able to have one-on-ones down...

Using direct mail is still a wonderful way to generate business. I've used it in my law practice and gotten TONS of clients that way, by respectfully reaching out and being available.

I am an attorney and I can tell you, this is a very popular and great way to make money. I would've paid top dollar for my .com for my office but the business wasn't willing to deal. Good job!

Just a word to the wise, make sure you get your clients/customers permission first and foremost. I've gotten some UNSOLICITED SMS text messages from places of business that I only encountered one...

I think it all depends on the ad. It's got to be short, sweet and to the point. Keep running them because I've gotten a lot of good hits from craigslist usage and seen many things come to fruition.
