thank you for all the great answers. I´m in the EU, specifically germany
where from what i was told copyright laws are much different than the states
(or even the EU) so i still need to investigate...

I want to work with an author/expert/content creator based on a flat fee buyout
but i´m not sure if this legal/ a contract would be legally binding.

Think about automating processes in terms of relationship management via
mail or social media. Do you have a proper sales funnel system with quantifiable qualifiers etc?

ditto all the above and from my experience it´s best to try to make your own calculation
by finding out different ranking factors and putting them in an excel sheet and then
reverse engineering it....
