Yes but I see hundreds that have never opened an email. I think there are some that just optin to get a free something and never open anything after that and maybe even using an alternative email...

I found what I believe to be the best tracker out there and is on of the cheaper ones ClickMagick (http://www.clickmagick.com/) It does it all.
