Yes, looking at the stats, for most CPA offers the conversion rate is really low, maybe 5% if you are lucky. So, you have to have some awesome CTR to get cheap submits to work. For higher dollar...

The reason the online articles are only worth $5 is because they are mostly articles people need as filler for SEO. Few people are willing to pay much for that because it can be outsourced globally....
