Software to extract urls from google reader's feed

Anyone knows of any software or script out there that's able to extract the urls that I set up using google alerts which is then shown inside of my google reader?

I do a lot of content publishing...

If you only have 24,000 competing sites, this term may not be one that is highly optimized for, and amazon may just be there with some proper title tags, and some internal links that helped pushed it...

From the search engines point of view, a .net is as good as a .com. The only benefits a .com will be from a user point of view.
