I've used JVZoo for months, and I haven't had any problems. If you don't want any affiliate, you can easily block affiliates from promote your product.

For me, and many marketers on here, product creation is the best way to build a list of responsive subscribers.

I'd stay away from solo ads because they're usually freebie seekers, not buyers.

Make sure Maxbounty allows email marketing for that specific offer, or else they could ban you. If you have no experience sending out emails, then I'd definitely consider a copywriting coach.
