Xoom account terminated

Anyone use xoom and recently had your account terminated? I was told I violated a term of service but I haven't done anything except use xoom to send money to my outsourcing team in the Philipines...

Are there free WP review site plugins?

I see that most on google cost around 100 bucks for a review site plugin with star rating features etc. Do you know of any that costs less or are free? Thanks in advance for your reply.

As a newbie to WP I've found that some of the themes have different capabilities and features. It's good if you take some time and watch a few vids and then mess around yourself to learn what to do.

Is a backlink created once your link is placed on another site or does it have to be clicked on a certain amount of times before it gives your site any benefit?

I have been using xoom for about a year now and have never had any trouble. The fees aren't too bad either. Min you have to send is $25 bucks. The people who I have sent money too have never told me...

Thanks for the replies! I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary or too aggressive. I use articles, blog, twitter, facebook and youtube to market the site.
