All in one SEO pack is a decent plugin for wordpress. I use it on my websites. but you can also try other SEO plugins like Yoast.

they do exist actually.I suggest that you use social bookmarking sites that has a PR or 1 or 2. they do help too. beware of some PR 0 site because they dont help your site and might drag your website...

in my experience, it has a bad effect on my website. google thinks that your website have duplicate content. you should change it now so that it will not affect your website rankings.
