I normally never start with bids higher than 0.3
Some people even start with 0.05 but then you'll get worst quality clicks.
So try to start with 0.3 as a bid and go deep in your keywords.

I see a lot of people getting banned because they add MANY coupons to their accounts.
Bing ads coupons are just for NEW accounts.
If you add coupons to an old account, you risk getting banned....
