Does anyone know a good membership site script that integrates easily with WordPress and Aweber? I was thinking to get Amember but then I read that you can't integrate Amember and Aweber.

You can't actually do that. Most hosts' TOS states that it's against the rules to use their server as your personal storage space... And you can get banned for it.
