Is there anyway you can tell the success rate for PBNs are they can get quite expensive isn't or do you build these PBNs yourself? Why is PBN so effective anyway?

OK I heard that for every 1000 subs you are only allowed 1 spam complaint and I think this number resets after a few days if I am not mistaken so then you can blast them again after x number of days...
