Personally i use rss bandit - free RSS reader.

Spend about an hour finding sites that publish content you like in your niche, grab their RSS feeds, and put them in RSS bandit.

Then each morning...

I do know you can rank country specific TLDs in the international arena without issue...

What I said was SPECIFICALLY that you CANNOT set the geo target in webmaster...

Register a .co.uk domain, and try to change the country target...

Or, if you don't believe what I say is true about not being able to set country target in webmaster tools for country specific...
