My PBNs still work, today and still rank some of my sites. But you have to do them right and don't half ass them. But then again, as some above suggested, even some that are not perfect still work.

You know, I was reading that guy's blog and that is a good idea and point. Who knows if Google or the FTC will begin to crack down on "fast-and-loose" Terms Of Service pages.

I agree. A site that does a lot of sales and has lots of traffic and deals with financial data, like Zappos, should have been on top of this.
