"Dormant" means no sales. If you made just 1 sale every 90 days, you'd never see the dormant fees.

I'm pretty shocked to hear across the entire forum such hesitation about using ClickBank. If you can figure out a way to get 1 sale, why wouldn't you just repeat that process and get 5 or 10 more...

That's what I'm saying...if the orders are older than 60 days (past the refund period) they will make an exception and issue a check, regardless of the CDR (Customer Distribution Requirement.)
