That's one of the tools I use, but you know, for every domain I've bought it always says the same thing. The problem, I guess, is that you don't know if the domain was actually used or if...

I buy a lot of domains and know a few ways to check if a domain has been banned. Does anyone know a surefire way to tell if a domain has been banned?
