Just start with the thing... you don't need traffic for WSO from outside WF. You will get views. Give away 5 review copies to experienced members or even a 7 day trial.

Keep making excuses or start making money...your choice..

You have the time, watch less TV, you can easily find 2 hours a day to code that plug in. 7PM-9PM is perfect, I'd spend 4 hours every day...

It's not true you can't get hired without portfolio. Do some work for free as and that's your first stuff to show others and a testimonial.
