Update: Client agreed with just a rewrite after realizing the risk. Explained the copyright protection law. Glad he listened!

That's what I insisted. But he said he wanted someone who will be able to do all the work for him. I don't know if this is a scam or not. If it is, how would he scam me when he is willing to pay 100%...
