As I Told You earlier

Socialoomph is good if youcan bear teh cost.
Hootsuite is good if you have simply post to multiple social medias.
Tweet adder is not recommended.

I have used all teh three software in detail. So jsut check out the following points

Tweet Adder - The lastest version 4.0 is not at all recommended as it just a wste of time. so do not buy this...
