Thanks, Christopher... I DID FIND THE "BLOG" FOLDER.
The server this client's site is on is slow to propagate sometimes and I just looked too soon.

As far as the plugins, will definitely check out that...

I had no issues installing WP using Fantastico for the first time.
This was within my client's cpanel (not my site this time).

In the past I've always been on godaddy with is completely...
