We'll add a caveat to that last statement. Small business is low efficiency so is time based, as they are squeezed by larger corporates they demand more changes which requires more time - however...

No, that's the problem, all small business providers sell time - which means they add unnecessary functionality and reduce efficiency - the faster it's live the more efficient the install as it means...
