Just open a bank account specifically for PayPal and link that one, never keep lots of money in it, have that one set up so you can transfer the deposits to another account.

This works well.

Sounds to me like a phishing scheme, because I do not think they have you login on the email?

Either way, I would never log in from a email for PayPal.

You might want to investigate this more?
