Just FYI, I did have an account under a corporation, and I just got an email from Google, that it was closed as well!

and , again, the email mentions that this account could pose a risk as it is...

Nothing that I know of, really. I think they are claiming, based on the emial received, something like 'incentivized clicks' , which is totally NOT the case.
