Please help answer this:
Low-priced free-lancers will do 'crappy' work, much of the time;
Quality people charge $50,$70 $80/ hour and (often) already have enough work.

Yes, A very valid idea, one which I also could pursue. I prefer working on my own exciting projects, but have run out of time.
