Thanks. I actually figured out how to add my Squarespace site to Webmaster Tools, so I submitted it from there. We'll see how it goes.

And the old version of my page is now back up in the index....

Okay, that's helpful (and hopeful). Thanks. I'm assuming Google just found that my page wasn't there but for some reason hasn't indexed the new page (despite the 301). I was a little worried there...
