You can edit your .htaccess file in any text editor such as notepad, or you can do it via the cPanel file manager. (Assuming you have cPanel)

If you want to paste the contents of the .htaccess...

Have a look in the .htaccess files, it's likely they set up the suspension that way so removing the code from there will get the sites back online.
