This sounds like normal behavior. If you want to know how we do the page load comparison time, we send a probe on and off of CloudFlare to calculate this number.

You should see stats about speed in your CloudFlare reports (on and off of CloudFlare). One thing to keep in mind is that the speed increases also depend on where your visitors are...
