You haven't convinced me.

Linking out to a bad site is never good, whether the links are no- or dofollow doesn't make a single difference. Same for broken links, a link is broken or it is not.

I disagree but whatever.

Why you nofollow your affiliate links? It's not like you lose any juice cause of it. Are you afraid that Google will treat it as Paid links?

I once promoted some clickbank products, admittedly it took me quite a while to find a product that seemed legit. Later on it turned out to be a rip off of a free software :S It's that 3d animation...

There is no point of cloaking.

Well there is on way of legit cloaking for tracking purposes but you can't really name that cloaking.

Cloaking with the intention to hide your affiliate links is...
