previous member said increasing bids will not improve ad reach...

so fb automatically gives more exposure to the ad that is starting to have more reach ?

If so how can I accurately test between two ads? lets say I create a copy of the winner (high reach ad) and...

Hello! I'm currently running 5 ads as a sponsored story's , and I test between 5 different pictures so i can pick a winner. However one or two of the ads reaches 10x more people rather the rest.
