Yes per 100 calls I may get about 30-40 connects. But I'm basing my numbers off of gross cold calls not connects. So I would say out of 30-40 connects I can schedule 1 appointment.

Absolutely. There are definatelly room for improvements and one way I improve is by recording my calls and listening to them and taking notes at the end of the day.
