Haven't come across anything to convert podcasts to text, there are some good dictation products on the market but you usually have to 'voice train' them to recognize your voice.

You should get instructions for uploading podcasts on each of the sites you want to upload the podcast to, most will require you to set up an account before you can upload anything.

When you follow through the "more" options in the audio button theres a big link at the top of the list which takes you to the site :)

I came accross this great free service last night, installed the Wordpress plugin in a few minutes - voila - blog is now available as a podcast in all the formats you would want, and it automatically...
