OK, here's an example:

Local search: 450
Global search: 90,000 (real example)

There's little competition... can I rank for this term globally? BTW, it's not a local term like "San Francisco...

Gotta admit, it's confusing to see words that have 14,000 global searches and "Not Enough Data" for Local (US) searches.

Also, how can Local sometimes exceed Global?

Any ideas?
