Just like any other search engine, there are places you should be promoting your stuff.

I don't know exactly what the "rules" are for pricing an eBook on amazon, but I would suggest, if you feel your book is truly of value and keep help people to win a ton of money, to price it higher...

Not true. Google will indexed all the lenses it finds (via backlinks, etc), but will only show 2 or 3 lenses in the results for a particular search term. For different search terms, different lenses...

I read on in an ebook on Squidoo that google only indexes 2 lenses on squidoo for a certain keyword.

It was a result of the Google Slap on Squidoo a while back. Again I read this in an Ebook...

Having two lenses with similar URLs will not cause the lens to get de-indexed. While I don't create lenses with the same URL, I will create a lens with the same URL as someone else if it's a keyword...

This means the value of competition of all indexed pages "where the key phrase appears, unbroken, in the META title".

It really goes down to HOW powerful those 7,800 websites are. A low competition in Google is not an exact match of how difficult is to rank for a certain keyword. It really goes down to the 10 people...
