I use WP Profit Builder and it works fantastic. I advise watching the tutorial videos rather than diving right into the software though. One wrong thing unchecked will make key things not work...

If you are using Aweber or Getresponse.com, you can actually remove this from the form itself. So you need to edit the form so that you only collect the email and not the name.
