Just put the main keyword into the Google Keyword tool and find keywords that have a search volume of between 20K-50K. Then take those keywords and enter them into Google with the allintitle tag...

It depends what you want. "fastest way to lose weight" looks for that exact phrase. It won't pull up pages that might contain
